Mission Statement

"The mission of the Colorado Police Protective Association
is to enhance the profession of law enforcement
and the status of the police officer in Colorado."

As of January 1, 2016 the CPPA has over 2000 members in good standing throughout Colorado. The greater our numbers the more effective our collective voice. Our Board (made up of nine law enforcement officers) and Staff (working from Colorado Springs office) are working toward better jobs, legislation, rights, and resources for Police Officers in Colorado. Your membership helps us to find more innovative ways to help protect those that protect us. We hope you will join us in our mission and pledge your support today.

The Colorado Police Protective Association does not make contributions to political organizations, campaigns or individuals running for political offices nor do we affiliate with any specific political agenda.  Our work goes towards the improvement of the profession of law enforcement in the state of Colorado by providing additional products and services such as insurance benefits, body armor, scholarships, monitored legislative lobbying, and legal defense.

We are a Non Profit 501 (c) (8) meaning that donations to us are not tax deductible.
